CRM Operations Manager
12 Month FTC
Location: Central London
Salary: Upto £60k
We are currently partnered with a leading Technology-driven brand within the Travel industry, who have customer experience at the forefront of everything they do. They are committed to driving customer engagement through data-led marketing strategies and best-in-class solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing team where you will play a key role in executing and optimizing customer engagement strategies. You will have a solid background in the technical side of CRM (Email/Push) and work closely with CRM/Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CRM Data and campaign teams to develop customer journeys that drive engagement across multiple markets
- Leverage Liquid template language and other technical tools to create personalized and engaging communications
- Manage complex, high-volume, and dynamic marketing campaigns using the Braze platform
- Translating technical requirements into clear, actionable processes and documentation for key stakeholders in the business
- Maintain process documentation for key CRM projects
Your Profile
- Strong technical skills, proficient in HTML is essential , CSS and Liquid scripting is a plus
- Experience in building complex customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing and automation setup
- In-depth understanding of data flows and their impact on CRM campaigns
- You will be Tech-savvy who drives process improvement
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
