About the Role:
Lead SEO within a leading Travel Tech brand, connecting customers across 4,000+ global routes. As a dominant force in their category, they’ve built successful partnerships with some of the world’s largest travel platforms.
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead their SEO strategy, supported by two executives. Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition, you’ll hold the most senior SEO role within a team of 11, offering exceptional career progression and industry exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing
- This position will be the most senior position in the SEO Team – you will be the lead and reporting into the Head of Acquisition– so it’s a massive opportunity to shape SEO.
- Drive and execute cutting-edge technical SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits, resolving crawlability, indexability, and performance issues.
- Optimise website architecture, internal linking, and page speed to enhance UX and rankings.
- Lead AI content testing, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and delivers business value.
- Own and scale programmatic content initiatives, leveraging CMS automation and structured data.
- Be the SEO lead on site migrations and technical changes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate across development, design, and content teams to embed SEO at every level.
- Manage 2 junior members in the team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term SEO planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and similar tools.
- Experience managing and mentoring SEO teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
- A track record of successfully leading SEO migrations, redesigns, and large-scale content strategies.
- A proactive, data-driven approach, staying ahead of SEO trends and search engine updates.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across different teams, ensuring SEO is a core part of business strategy.
- Experience (ideally) of managing and nurturing more junior team members.
