This company is one of the top DSP’s powered by AI. They are a global company with offices across Europe, Canada and the US. Their futureproof, machine learning capabilities are a great advantage to the company's unique selling points and a reason for their current growth. They have are in Series C funding, 500+ employees and work with clients such as Ikea, 7stars, L’oreal, Microsoft + more!
In this role, you will lead the sales of a managed service offering and self-serve platform.
This is an opportunity for someone to have a huge impact, work autonomously on one of the most important and fastest growing agency patches.
You’ll be responsible for the pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, through to final implementation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Developing and owning a sales strategy and business plan for advertising/media agencies and brands in the UK, independent agencies and direct clients.
- Present capabilities, USP’s and the platforms offering in the digital ad space; build an understanding of the products and their place in the industry.
- Bringing in new customers, through contacting and selling to brands directly
- Continually analyzing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs and challenging targets
- 6-12 months sales cycles
- £1m + deal sizes
- Selling to Enterprise brands eg - Coca Cola, McDonalds sized companies across any industry
- Joining a team of 4, 2 are in direct sales so there's plenty of opportunity!!
You:
- 5+ years’ in new business sales in media or ad-tech.
- Proven track record in selecting, managing and developing strategic accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers around a solution/strategic sale.
- Strong leadership characteristics and an ability to tell a story and bring people on the journey with you.
- A team player, with a positive, keen, can do attitude.
- You must have sold to brands directly for the most part of your career
- You must have a great technical knowledge and understanding of programmatic so you can confidently discuss multiple DSP options
- You must be comfortable and have experience selling to Enterprise brands, understand the process and have proven experience and success
- You must be comfortable and have experience managing longer sales cycles and £500k - £1m deals / spend
