Senior Sales Manager – AdTech

Salary - £60,000 to £70,000 + £45,000 OTE

London, Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office


A dynamic and fast-growing data-driven AdTech business is seeking a Senior Agency Sales Manager to play a key role in driving revenue and building partnerships with brands, agencies, and trading desks. This position is based in London, UK, and serves the EMEA region.

Candidates should bring a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, be highly self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key media agencies across EMEA.
  • Identify client needs and address concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Educate buyers and account teams on audience data offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a digital sales role, ideally with experience in programmatic platforms or data sales.
  • Strong network within agencies and marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including RTB, planning, and buying processes.
  • Results-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
