Someone with a passion for retail media, thrives in a complex sales environment and has a track record of managing teams and growing a book of business. The role Leading a team of Senior Client Partners working with household-name brands Driving multi-channel sales (not just digital—real-world savvy needed) P&L management, weekly biz reviews, and hitting aggressive growth targets Being the "positive disruptor" who evolves how they engage clients An exciting a varied role from sales leadership, team management and sales excellence Experience Media sales experience within retail, media sales and agency environments. A proven track record of building high growth commercial strategies and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in multi-channel sales, demonstrating comfort with both offline and online sales channels, not just digital sales Strong financial acumen is critical, including ability to manage P&L, understand weekly business reviews, and drive year on year growth targets Shouldhave experience in people management, leading teams of senior client partners and navigating complex stakeholder environments Deep understanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) dynamics is preferred, including knowledge of how CPG companies measure success and operate Experience in mixed media modeling, brand uplift measurement, and incrementality tracking are valued How do I apply?
