The Opportunity
With a portfolio of strong client relationships and a stellar reputation within the AdTech sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our AdTech team and drive the growth of Pivotal’s AdTech and Commercial team.
From your very first day, you’ll have access to our extensive client base and the chance to build relationships with new technology companies, including adtech and martech businesses. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with some of the largest media owners and publishers in the world.
What You Can Expect
- Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in our office (Tuesday-Thursday).
- Prime Location: Just 8 minutes from London Bridge station and 1 minute from Borough Underground Station.

- Marketing Support: In-house Marketing Manager to help you develop your personal brand.

- Competitive Commission: Up to 45% commission banding with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
- Guaranteed Earnings: A minimum of 35% of what you bill annually.

The Role
- Specialisation: Recruit for non-sales roles within the AdTech space, including Account Management, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Technical roles.
- Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in the roles you recruit for.
- Relationship Building: Develop and grow relationships with existing Pivotal clients in the AdTech space.
- Strategic Account Management: Grow accounts through value-driven management.
- Trusted Advisor: Offer strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance clients’ talent acquisition strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Pivotal’s client portfolio.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Brand Development: Work with marketing to develop your personal brand and Pivotal’s AdTech and Media owner brand, driving engagement on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports providing insights into recruitment activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
Your Experience
- Proven Success: Strong billing record in a recruitment agency.
- Experience: 3+ years in recruitment.
- Industry Knowledge: Media/Marketing/AdTech or related industry experience is desired.
- Client Delivery: Proven experience in successfully delivering for clients.
- Relationship Building: Natural ability to develop and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Consultative Approach: Track record of successfully winning and nurturing new client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
- Organisational Skills: Structured and organised approach.
