Senior Performance Marketing Manager - D2C Subscription Scale Up - Negotiable Salary

 

Are you an experienced performance marketing expert looking to take that next step? Pivotal are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for a D2C subscription scale up in the wellness space.

 

The Opportunity:

Our client are a disruptive D2C business and have raised nearly £100m to date! They have grown to 500+ employees globally and launched in the UK in 2022.

 

Their journey started in 2019 , before expanding to the UK and EMEA. Developing their brand & diversifying the product range, they currently have 5 new brands within their portfolio.

 

They prioritise test and learn approaches, teamwork and collaboration, creative problem solving, and collaboration is of paramount importance.

 

They are currently at a pivotal point in their growth in the UK and are looking to treble their customer base by the end of the year.

 

Role:

  • Oversee and build a world-class digital media mix for the UK business
  • Drive, develop and optimize the paid social and search strategy
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement with regards to creative, delivering (and measuring effectively) cost-effective A/B testing across social, display and other channels.
  • Own weekly, monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting of your owned channels. Gain a strong perspective on how this fits within and influences the broader marketing mix.
  • Partner with internal teams to build dashboards, identify trends in performance, and refine attribution methodology for your media channels
  • Drive improved customer acquisition and retention for the business

 

 

We Are Looking For:

  • You have 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing across both paid social and PPC
  • Experience working with or in a high-growth business or scale-up/start-up
  • Highly analytical, able to generate meaningful insight from broad data sets and effective at presenting findings
  • Experience managing six-figure budgets (yearly or monthly)
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Numbers-orientated – you pride yourself on hitting challenging financial targets
  • Constantly curious and have a relentless approach to learning new things and innovating as well as taking on feedback
  • Experience within a regulated industry (desirable)
  • Scripting experience (desirable)
