The Role

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading multi-channel paid media campaigns for a variety of clients
• Managing and optimising Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns
• Using data-driven insights to maximise performance and ROI
• Overseeing budget planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ideally within agency environment, managing multiple client accounts
• Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and optimise campaigns
• Experience managing budgets and delivering performance reports
• The ability to confidently communicate paid media strategies to clients
• Leadership qualities—able to mentor and develop junior specialists
• A creative, problem-solving mindset focused on driving ROAS
