Senior Marketing Manager (Multi-channel)
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary - £50-60k (DoE)
This agency is a leader in data-driven performance marketing, specialising in iGaming, sports betting, and crypto brands. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive high-scale acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across Meta, Programmatic, PPC, and alternative traffic sources. This role involves working with both regulated and grey-market strategies, leveraging blackhat advertising tactics to optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead paid media strategies across Meta, Programmatic DSPs, Twitter (X), and PPC

Implement and optimise pre-deposit, post-deposit, and reactivation funnels

Deploy blackhat advertising strategies to ensure scalable and compliant ad approval

Manage high-budget acquisition campaigns in emerging markets (LATAM, Africa, Asia)

Collaborate with creative teams for A/B testing and campaign optimisation

Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance regulations, and policy shifts
About You:

Strong experience in performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, or crypto

Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic buying

Comfortable navigating compliance challenges and policy restrictions

Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, attribution models, and ad fraud prevention

Ability to manage multi-market campaigns and high-budget performance marketing strategies
