Responsibilities

Lead and execute CRO strategies grounded in data, insight, and experimentation
-
Design and manage robust testing programmes (A/B, multivariate, personalisation)
-
Analyse user behaviour using a mix of qualitative and quantitative tools
-
Communicate test results and optimisation opportunities in a clear, client-friendly way

Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media and Analytics teams to create joined-up solutions

Contribute to the evolution of service delivery and internal best practices
Your Profile
-
Strong experience in CRO, UX or digital experimentation, ideally agency-side
-
Confident using analytics and insight platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO or similar
-
A data storyteller – able to present complex findings clearly and persuasively
-
Experience delivering measurable improvements in digital conversion

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to shape your own role in a scaling team
