Job Title: Senior Copywriter, Content Marketing Manager

Day Rate: £250 - £300 p/d Inside IR35

Duration: 12 Months January - December 2025

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Copywriter with exceptional writing skills to develop intelligent and persuasive marketing content. This content will elevate our brand voice and clearly articulate value proposition and services in a way that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to transform thought leadership and service propositions into compelling marketing content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Script and storyboard case studies and promotional videos in collaboration with studio team
• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and scalability.
• Optimise content for SEO to boost search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication for email and web journeys.
• Oversee and edit content from consultants and freelance writers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Analyse content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and lead conversion.

Key Skills

• 5+ years experience working in copywriting or content marketing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
• Advanced storytelling abilities, experienced at and captivating an audience through words.
• In-depth knowledge of the news and media industry
• The ability to write emails and executive briefings sent directly to the C Suite of large media organisations.
• Strong editing skills with the ability to provide expert feedback and adapt writing style accordingly.
