The Opportunity:

  • Own the Brand Strategy: Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive brand growth in key markets (UK, US, CA, AU, EU).

  • Lead Annual Campaigns: Plan and execute market-specific campaigns that resonate with customers and stay ahead of trends.

  • Drive Brand Awareness: Spearhead partnerships, events, and PR with measurable impact.

  • Guard the Brand’s Identity: Ensure tone of voice, visuals, and values shine through every touchpoint.

  • Grow Social Media Presence: Create strategies, manage content calendars, and build a thriving influencer/community network.

  • Innovate with Collaborations: Lead product partnerships from concept to execution.

  • Deliver Seamless Campaigns: Execute flawlessly while continuously improving processes.

  • Analyse and Optimise: Use insights to refine strategies and boost future performance.

  • Mentor the Team: Lead and inspire Social & Content and Creative Comms Managers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

  • Produce Winning Assets: Collaborate with design to create impactful, on-brand campaign materials.

  • Manage Budgets: Allocate resources smartly to maximise impact.

  • Build Relationships: Partner with external brands and influencers to amplify visibility and engagement.

 

Desired Experience

  • 5–7 years as a Senior Brand Manager in fast-paced or high-growth settings.

  • Proven leadership and team mentoring experience.

  • Expertise in partnerships and networking to build meaningful collaborations.

  • Strong project management, delivering campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Commercially savvy, aligning strategies with business objectives.

  • Budget management and spend reporting experience.

  • Background with DTC retail brands, ideally lifestyle or sustainability-focused.
