We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy Senior Marketing Analyst – Partnerships to support our Global Network Affiliates team. Reporting into the Marketing Analytics function, you’ll play a key role in delivering actionable insights and shaping marketing strategies with data at the core.

 

The Opportunity

  • Own and drive analysis across our Network Affiliates channel, delivering insights on partner performance, placements, campaigns, offer constructs, and multi-touch attribution (MTA).

  • Collaborate with BI and data warehouse teams to enhance integrated Tableau reporting and API data access.

  • Design and implement testing frameworks and predictive models to measure the incremental value of affiliate partnerships.

  • Lead campaign performance analysis, brand uplift studies, and revenue impact assessments for content partners.

  • Identify opportunities hidden in internal or industry data and turn these into actionable recommendations.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all Network Affiliate insights and be closest to the data for informed strategy execution.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

  • Lead the measurement of test-and-learn programmes, conducting deep dives into performance outcomes.

  • Partner with 3rd parties and agencies to implement advanced tracking and analytics solutions.

 

Your Profile

  • 5–8 years’ experience in marketing analytics, ideally within e-commerce, partnerships/affiliate marketing, or the travel sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience with marketing effectiveness measurement (e.g., attribution, MMM, revenue lift modelling).

  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and review high-quality, efficient queries.

  • Proficiency in R or Python, with the ability to scope and execute statistical projects.

  • Advanced Tableau skills; able to build and lead visualisation discussions.

  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
