We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy Senior Marketing Analyst – Partnerships to support our Global Network Affiliates team. Reporting into the Marketing Analytics function, you’ll play a key role in delivering actionable insights and shaping marketing strategies with data at the core.
The Opportunity

Own and drive analysis across our Network Affiliates channel, delivering insights on partner performance, placements, campaigns, offer constructs, and multi-touch attribution (MTA).

Collaborate with BI and data warehouse teams to enhance integrated Tableau reporting and API data access.

Design and implement testing frameworks and predictive models to measure the incremental value of affiliate partnerships.

Lead campaign performance analysis, brand uplift studies, and revenue impact assessments for content partners.

Identify opportunities hidden in internal or industry data and turn these into actionable recommendations.

Serve as the go-to expert for all Network Affiliate insights and be closest to the data for informed strategy execution.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Lead the measurement of test-and-learn programmes, conducting deep dives into performance outcomes.

Partner with 3rd parties and agencies to implement advanced tracking and analytics solutions.
Your Profile

5–8 years’ experience in marketing analytics, ideally within e-commerce, partnerships/affiliate marketing, or the travel sector.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience with marketing effectiveness measurement (e.g., attribution, MMM, revenue lift modelling).

Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and review high-quality, efficient queries.

Proficiency in R or Python, with the ability to scope and execute statistical projects.

Advanced Tableau skills; able to build and lead visualisation discussions.

Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
