Sales Manager £45,000 - £60,000 - Ad Technology - Sales Ref: 3436 Date Posted: Wednesday 12 Mar 2025 Job Title: Sales Manager / Agency Account Director – AdTech Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + 50% OTE Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office Our client is an AdTech start up that is looking to expand and grow their UK presence and are looking to hire a Sales Manager / Account Director to drive growth, build strong relationships and increase revenue in the UK market The Role: Take ownership of managing and growing key client accounts, with a focus on delivering tailored advertising solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agency partners, acting as their trusted advisor. Pitch innovative advertising solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Creative, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within your client portfolio. Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management. Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and participate in strategic client meetings to strengthen senior-level relationships. Your Profile: Experience in a client-facing role within the digital advertising industry, ideally selling to UK media agencies Proven track record in account management and sales, with experience retaining and growing key accounts. Strong understanding of the UK digital advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising and ad-serving technologies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially savvy, with a passion for innovation. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Experience working with independent agencies is a plus.
