About You:
- You’re a client-facing Account Manager (or Senior AE looking to transition to AM) specialising in Programmatic.
- You have fantastic client-handling skills, enjoy creating award-winning strategies for clients, and are eager to support new business initiatives (commercially minded and enthusiastic about pitching).
- You are familiar with and have experience working with multiple Programmatic campaign management platforms and partners.
- You are an organised leader with great attention to detail and a desire to help improve the team.
The Role:
- Join our programmatic team as a Programmatic Account Manager, working with a team of digital media enthusiasts.
- Work across several clients in various verticals on programmatic display, managing a Programmatic Account Executive.
- Directly engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, focusing on how programmatic campaigns can address these.
- Focus on strategic thinking, independently manage delivery and implementation through your team (willing to get hands-on if needed).
- Build client relationships and participate in pitch situations to help win new business.
- Proactively devise and plan account strategies, working with the Client Director to develop client roadmaps, identify new opportunities, and conduct media planning to grow accounts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Programmatic to ensure the ongoing development and excellence of our Programmatic proposition.
- Manage by outcomes, providing freedom to exercise entrepreneurial talent and responsibility for work outcomes.
- Participate in Performance Development sessions every four months with the Head of Programmatic to discuss work, progress, and future plans, ensuring a clear connection between your contributions and the company’s growth.
