We’re hiring on behalf of a specialist digital marketing agency that delivers high-performance programmatic solutions for iGaming, crypto and gambling brands. They leverage cutting-edge proprietary tools and platforms to maximise campaign efficiency and ROI across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programmatic Manager with a background in restricted industries to join a fast-growing team of digital marketing specialists.
As a Programmatic Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, focusing on high-compliance industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, and niche DSPs like Coinzilla.
You’ll be managing end-to-end programmatic execution, from strategy to optimisation, ensuring top-tier performance while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
The Role
- Plan, execute, and optimise programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs
- Leverage first- and third-party data to build high-performing audience segments
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure adherence to industry guidelines for iGaming, crypto, and gambling
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to drive campaign success
About you
- 2.5+ years' experience in programmatic advertising (ideally within iGaming, crypto, or gambling)
- Strong experience with DV360, TTD (niche DSPs like Coinzilla are a bonus but not essential)
- Experience managing large budgets and optimising for ROI & ROAS
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
