£45,000 - £50,000 + guaranteed bonus up to £3.5k 
South West London- hybrid working 

Our client is a dynamic, employee-owned communications agency specialising in automotive, sports and technology. With an award-winning track record, they offer an exciting opportunity to work on innovative campaigns for major brands in the Electric Vehicle and automotive space. 

No previous automotive experience required.

The Opportunity:

• Lead communications for two key accounts in the automotive and EV industry

• Drive creativity, deliver impactful PR campaigns, and manage client relationships

• Join a collaborative, employee-owned agency with excellent staff retention and a welcoming culture

• Develop expertise in sustainability and EV trends within a growing industry

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-quality service.

• Develop and implement creative communications strategies.

• Manage teams, oversee workloads, and ensure high standards.

• Produce thought leadership content, manage budgets, and plan campaigns.

• Mentor junior team members and support business growth.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in consume or B2B PR and managing successful campaigns

• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills

• Passion for automotive, tech, or sustainability sectors (no prior automotive experience required)

• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
