Role: PPC Specialist
Salary: £32k - £38k
REMOTE (EU Applicants will be accepted) – Must be able to work in UK Hours.

They want to bring you and their customers on their journey to see marketing from the highest levels. But who are they? They are a specialist, full stack, growth agency working only with high-growth, DTC/Ecommerce brands.

They are a team of experienced Growth Hackers who fully understand the user journey, the emotional drivers, and the emotional hook that we as consumers have when buying products. Due to their success, they’re leading the growth of some of the most disruptive brands out there. They are also becoming an official Google Marketing Partner.
Your role will include:
- Driving successful execution and reporting of client Google Ads campaigns.
- Proactively analysing performance data to deliver improvements through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously uncovering growth opportunities and approaches.
- Offering expert technical and creative guidance to optimize campaign success and handle client queries.
- Communicating and reporting marketing performance against key KPIs to demonstrate impact and drive results.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in paid search, especially with PMAX, Google Ads and Google Shopping
- Must have recently worked on D2C or e-commerce clients.
- Most importantly you must be working within a D2C brand or an independent agency.
- Can show evidence of growing and scaling e-commerce/ D2C brands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to clients and team members.
