Peformance Marketing Manager – Fast Growing Digital Community - London (Hybrid)
Pivotal are proud to be working on an exclusive partnership with a venture-backed scale-up, who are currently building one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital communities, in order to recruit an ambitious Peformance Marketing Manager for their London office. The role will also evolve to looking at other channels such as CRM and content so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone agency side to make a move inhouse and learn new channels.

The Role
- Oversee the planning, development, execution and reporting of all paid customer acquisition channels - Social, Search, Dispaly
- Define and measure growth metrics and be responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the business.
- Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of campaigns for brand partners, optimising performance to upper and lower funnel outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse campaigns, identify optimisation opportunities for improving and scaling performance, and deliver post campaign reporting
- Gradual involvement in more brand, content and organic marketing activities
Experience required
- 4+ years in performance marketing ideally within the agency
- Experience across both paid social and paid search
- Experience with display is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new channels
- Degree-educated with a strong academic history
