About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who plans what they buy, not just executes it, with a passion for overseeing campaigns from start to finish. They will take ownership of dedicated client accounts while contributing to larger campaigns, staying at the forefront of industry trends, testing new tools, and driving process improvements.

This role demands an understanding that impactful advertising goes beyond cost efficiency to focus on delivering effective, results-driven solutions. The candidate will also explore integrating offline channels like TV, radio, and print into holistic media strategies, ensuring all clients’ challenges are met with innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships

  • Attend weekly client meetings to align on campaign goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Represent the agency at client events, building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Provide competitive insights using research and analysis tools.

Team Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide account executives, ensuring task delivery and developing their strategic understanding.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and agency-wide events.
  • Contribute to maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture.

Campaign Execution

  • Monitor ad accounts daily, ensuring campaigns meet budget forecasts and KPIs.
  • Build and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, ensuring strategies align with client briefs.
  • Offer expertise on conversion tracking setup and collaborate with teams to integrate tracking solutions effectively.

Strategic Contributions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve client objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, sharing knowledge to elevate team performance.
  • Contribute to agency pitches, driving business growth and innovation.

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta.
  • A proven ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of measurement and attribution.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with GMP, Adobe, Amazon Ads, and other 3rd-party tracking solutions.
  • Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Previous client-facing experience within a media agency setting.
