The Role

  • Lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns.
  • Ensure execution of strategy, implementation, and optimization goals.
  • Manage a mix of branding and direct response campaigns.
  • Collaborate with major social media platforms.

  • Data Analysis – Able to draw insights from data analysis and suggest recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of working with data.
  • A team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven.
  • Ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activities within their accounts and eager to share knowledge with the wider team, acting as an effective mentor and role model.
  • The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive results.
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in paid social.
