Paid Social Manager
E-commerce Agency
Hybrid, North London (3 days on-site)
This is a huge opportunity for a commercially savvy and ambitious Paid Media professional to join one of the UK’s fastest growing specialist agencies.
The Role:
- A combination of strategy and execution specifically for Meta campaigns
- Responsible for achieving performance goals for up to 4 accounts with always-on budgets
- Own and deliver strategic roadmaps & testing
- Identify new approaches to improve performance
- Manage a team of ~3 reports who will be responsible for execution of campaign management, and provide critical feedback and development support for each
- Advise on technical account setup
- Work with the creative team to deliver best practice performance creative
- Report & provide in-depth insight on client strategy both internally and externally
Skills Required:
- 2.5+ years in Meta performance marketing for performance advertisers, with hands-on experience of planning and executing Ecommerce campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends
- High level of proficiency with Google Sheets & pivot tables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of creative best practices and ability to think creatively to suggest innovative ways to amplify paid social acquisition
- Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management
- Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
