Job Title: Paid Social Manager
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
Location: Central London / Hybrid

Our client, a global leader in digital marketing and media communications, is seeking two Paid Social Managers to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing agency undergoing a period of rapid expansion, with over 30 roles being recruited nationwide! You'll be working specifically with a leading jewelery brand, shaping strategies that will drive the brand's digital presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with client goals and deliver exceptional performance.
  • Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, from setup and optimisation to reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and platform representatives to ensure best-in-class campaign execution.
  • Mentor and lead an Account Executive, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Represent the team in both internal and external meetings, building strong client relationships.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience managing and planning paid social campaigns in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency across multiple paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering paid social campaigns that meet or exceed key performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing partners such as Smartly is a plus.
