We are seeking a talented Paid Social Associate Director to lead a dynamic team for a prestigious global luxury watch brand. This role is based in London, working with international markets to deliver cutting-edge social media strategies, drive innovation, and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the social strategy, activation, and performance across multiple channels and markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a main point of contact.
  • Oversee a team of paid social professionals, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Guide client strategies and identify innovative solutions to drive results.
  • Manage team performance, coaching, and appraisals to foster development.
  • Collaborate with media partners to secure maximum value.
  • Contribute to leadership initiatives and help shape the future of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with proven experience leading global social accounts, particularly in paid social. This role is perfect for a current Junior AD or Senior AM with a passion for digital and team leadership. If you’re excited about taking on a new challenge and driving success in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and other social platforms.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multi-market campaigns.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with social strategy development and tools like Sprinklr.
  • A background in new business pitches and driving commercial success.
