The Role
- Lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns.
- Ensure successful execution of strategy, implementation, and optimization goals.
- Manage branding and direct response campaigns across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall strategy, activation, and performance of social media campaigns.
- Act as the primary contact for internal planning/account teams and key social clients.
- Establish practices and processes to ensure consistency in teamwork while fostering innovation.
- Develop and implement a test and learn plan, ensuring that key testing procedures and measurement are in place.
- Proactively seek out new and innovative ways to drive the strategy forward for each client.
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
- A team player who is eager to learn and results-driven.
- Ready to take responsibility for the strategy and effective implementation of activities within their accounts, and eager to share knowledge with the wider team.
- Experienced in managing a team of 5+ managers and executives, serving as an effective mentor and role model.
- The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive results.
- Ideally, 4+ years of experience in paid social.
