Working Model: Full time in office during probation, 3x on-site after this

About the role

Develop and manage comprehensive paid search strategies for a global travel client, ensuring performance meets expectations.

Lead, guide, and inspire a team of paid performance media specialists, providing training and mentorship.

Build and maintain strong client relationships across markets, offering expert advice and strategic insights.

Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to meet KPIs, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative tactics.

Oversee and manage paid search budgets exceeding £1m annually, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.

Collaborate with client services to align priorities and deliver best-in-class solutions.
The right candidate

Strong experience in Google Ads + Bing Ads, managing large scale budgets

Proven ability to lead a team, train junior analysts, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Strong skills in measuring performance against KPIs, competitive analysis, and campaign optimisation.

Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly.

Travel experience ideal but not essential
