Responsibilities
- Develop compelling, data-informed ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snap.
- Measure and optimise ad performance, drawing insights from key metrics and collaborating with media managers.
- Serve as the lead creative contact for client communications, presenting strategies with compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to bring ad concepts to life.
- Establish creative frameworks and testing processes to refine client ad strategies over time.
Your Profile
- 4+ years’ experience in paid-social creative roles with a strong portfolio showcasing Meta and TikTok expertise.
- A keen eye for what makes an ad effective, and experience measuring ad performance on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging stories for clients based on data insights.
- Experience working with creators and influencers is a bonus.
- A collaborative, analytical team player with a positive outlook.
