The Opportunity
- Lead the development and execution of measurement strategies across multiple media channels, including in-store, digital, and connected TV (CTV).
- Design and implement advanced experimentations to evaluate the impact of various media strategies and define best practices.
- Work with sales teams to provide expert guidance on measurement methodologies, ensuring clients maximise the effectiveness of their campaigns.
- Utilise A/B testing, incrementality studies, MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling), and MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) to drive actionable insights.
- Support the sales team with training, case studies, and playbooks, ensuring they are equipped with the latest measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Strategy, and Account Management, to drive data-led decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in media measurement, ensuring our client remains at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalise learning agendas, measurement frameworks, and testing plans for clients.
- Develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards that highlight campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse and manipulate large datasets, identifying patterns and insights to inform strategy.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, simplifying complex measurement methodologies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations in a compelling, data-driven manner to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in data analysis and performance measurement within advertising.
- Strong understanding of advertising measurement methodologies, including experimental design and statistical modelling.
- Proficiency in data querying languages such as SQL and other data manipulation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in a client-facing role or a strong desire to build client engagement skills.
