Marketing Manager - PropTech Scale Up - Up to £50k

 

I am currently recruiting for a rapidly scaling Prop tech business (based London who are seeking a Marketing Manager:

 

Our is client of a few genuine cash buying companies, that provide a quick sale solution for people who need to sell their home fast. The company itself is owned and managed by property professionals with over 30 years’ combined experience in buying homes. They have a reputation for dealing honestly and fairly with property owners, and for going out of our way to offer the very best price they can.

This is a digital first brand, where marketing is at the heart of its growth. They are investing heavily in to digital & looking to really ramp things up this year, they’ve made a very impressive growth hire and are planning to grow the team by brining various marketing channels in house.

 

This role would be directly reporting into the Head of Growth and be responsible for assisting across CRM marketing campaigns as well digital channels and traditional channels.

 

They are looking for a candidate who has a lot of experience with CRM campaigns and copywriting within a start/up scale up who wants to progress into a wider cross channel role, this can be digital, growth, brand, organic etc. focused, they are happy to be flexible on progression as they are planning to bring most marketing channels in house.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the email and cross-channel campaigns for b2c and b2b
  • Create, manage, optimize, and report on email campaigns
  • Create engaging content in order to generate demand, to upsell and cross- sell, but also to build brand affinity and drive retention
  • Create and xecute a lead generation plan that raises awareness of the brands within the group.
  • Execution of brand campaigns, online promotions, content development.
  • Brand custodian - work with external agencies to design and produce marketing collateral.
  • Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help optimise conversions across the various stages
  • Evaluate and monitor ongoing campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Create testing roadmap based on expected business value
  • Developing customer lifecycle roadmap based on personas

 

About you:

  • 2-3 years within marketing including CRM experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience in growing business through owned channels
  • Comfortable with varying briefs, and large amounts of autonomy
  • Ability to build strong relationships across varying teams in the business
  • Data-driven approach with excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Proven experience of working on lifecycle automated campaigns
  • Start up/scale up experience
