Job Title: Head of Sales, US
Location: New York
Salary: $180k - $200k base salary + 100% commission

The Role:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the US.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, trading desks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized advertising solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, with a deep understanding of agency and programmatic ecosystems.
- Strong network of contacts within the advertising industry, particularly with Tier 1 agencies, trading desks, and DSPs across the US.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.
- Directly managed a headcount of at least 5 people
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
