I am working in partnership on a fantastic new Head of Paid Media opportunity with a fast-growing company who are hitting new heights month after month.
The Role:

Work with the CMO to define and deliver Paid Media Targets

Setting up paid media campaigns by conducting target keyword research & writing relevant ad texts, whilst ensuring effective campaign and keyword structure

Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Accurate reporting of performance with insights & hypothesis around what our data is telling us about further opportunities.

Internal consultant for Paid Media best practices upskilling colleagues and stakeholders

Continuously refine the PPC account in line with performance targets, with a proactive approach to A/B testing.
Experience Required:

Hands on Paid Media Experience
-
SA360 Experience
-
Data is at the forefront of how you think – You’re comfortable deep-diving into treasure troves of large data sets.

Exceptional attention to detail & performance focused.

Commercially astute and driven by ROI targets.
-
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills (both written and verbal)
-
Autonomous and tenacious – be able to set own direction and define future requirements.

Adept at working alongside specialist colleagues across a range of departments
