Pivotal are partnering with a high-growth, £40m ARR, founder-led D2C scale up in the travel goods market. We’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to drive global expansion and help solidify the leadership team.

 

The opportunity:

As the Head of Growth, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s growth and optimising the customer journey. You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to align on growth strategies and ensure consistent execution across all channels.

  • Lead and inspire the performance marketing team, including internal talent and external agencies, to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Oversee relationships with creative agencies to ensure alignment with the brand’s growth objectives.
  • Take ownership of landing page optimisation, driving high-conversion funnels and improving user experience.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty, lifetime value, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Scale the brand across all channels, focusing on efficiency and impact in key markets.
  • Own the P&L, ensuring contribution margin targets are consistently met.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a growth leader with a proven track record in D2C who is ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives on execution and has experience scaling brands to new heights, we’d love to hear from you.

  • 6+ years experience in a growth or performance marketing role, with a proven track record in D2C.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns and performance optimization across digital channels.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams while also leading day-to-day execution to drive long-term success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of data to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation and scaling brands.
