A leading network media agency is seeking a Global Planning Manager to join their talented team and work on a huge, high-profile consumer brand account.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious media planner to help shape the strategies for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

The Role:

As a Global Planning Manager, you will play a key role in defining media strategies for global brands, collaborating with internal teams and local markets to drive best-in-class planning. Reporting to a Strategy Director within the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving best in class media plans / strategies for one of the agency’s most important clients
  • Providing insights on category trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviour to inform global brand strategies.
  • Supporting the strategic development of key global brands, ensuring best practices and playbooks are effectively implemented.
  • Working closely with local market teams to oversee and elevate the quality of media planning outputs.
  • Driving thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, innovative media opportunities, and consumer marketing strategies.
  • Leveraging proprietary media planning tools and data to enhance strategic recommendations.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of hands-on media planning and strategy experience, ideally with exposure to global accounts.
  • A strong understanding of both digital and traditional media, with confidence in discussing full-funnel strategies.
  • Ability to link business objectives with strategic execution, with proficiency in media metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, workshop-style approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for innovation in media, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging technologies.
