Senior Customer Solutions Manager - E-commerce - Global Social Media Brand - London

 

Pivotal are proud to be working with a global social media brand who are looking for an ambitious Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join their e-commerce team based in London.

Launched in the UK in 2021 this is the first international expansion of the social media brand's e-commerce platform and through partnerships with Shopify and Square the aim is to become the number one player within social commerce which has already proven to have been a success with some of the biggest brands in the UK.

As a Customer Solution Manager, you will play a vital role in enabling successful e-commerce integrations. You'll collaborate with merchants, guide them through the integration process, and optimize product platforms to drive efficiency and scale success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account management in pre-sales and onboarding of strategic merchants.
  • Ensure successful integration with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Netsuite, and more.
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to merchants.
  • Provide expert advice on integration, best practices, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement successful integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to integration standards and governance.
  • Work with clients and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide insights to guide the product roadmap.
  • Comfortably manage multiple stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Run API calls and debug seller requests when needed.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or customer success management.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Netsuite. Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong grasp of the e-commerce ecosystem, architecture, and system
  • Fluent in English and at least one of French, German, Italian or Spanish.
