Executive Director – Connected Commerce
Our Client has innovatively crafted a pioneering role, serving as the linchpin connecting our Client, eCommerce, and Activation teams. This strategic position ensures our Connected Commerce proposition remains at the core of our approach, addressing clients' daily business challenges. We're on the lookout for an outstanding industry professional to navigate the intricate eCommerce landscape, driving top-tier results for our European clients.
The Opportunity:
- Lead a cutting-edge role at the intersection of eCommerce, Activation, and Client teams.
- Shape the direction of the commerce team in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce.
- Navigate the multifaceted landscape of D2C, Marketplaces, and Social Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively mentor and guide team members, setting clear objectives and owning appraisals.
- Serve as the senior client lead and POC, overseeing day-to-day client management.
- Understand client business needs, ensuring recommendations align with their goals.
- Support the development of Business Plans and client Road Maps.
Your Profile:
- +8 years of eCommerce experience.
- FMCG, CPG, and beauty experience are advantageous.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Extensive knowledge of D2C, Marketplaces, and Social Commerce.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
