Marketing & E-commerce Manager - Brighton (Hybrid) - Up to £50k
Pivotal are proud to be working with an established, mission-driven and profitable fashion brand based in Brighton who are seeking its first-ever e-commerce manager due to growth.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will lead on marketing communications nd e-commerce strategies. This position combines innovation, strategic insight, and practical execution to ensure their online presence aligns with their brand values and supports theirambitious growth objectives.
You will act as a connector between the product and creative teams, oversee significant digital marketing initiatives, and manage our Shopify-powered e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product launches and seasonal campaigns alongside cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of the email marketing strategy and maintain a detailed communications calendar.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external paid media agencies to run effective ad campaigns and explore untapped sales opportunities (e.g., emerging platforms).
- Oversee Shopify store merchandising, including curating collections, updating prices, and managing promotions.
- Handle website content updates (CMS), including seasonal designs and compliance-related changes.
- Evaluate website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and customer feedback, contributing commercial insights to the wider team.
- Enhance on-page SEO by refining product descriptions, internal links, image metadata, and addressing technical SEO recommendations.
- Address underperforming categories or items, driving ongoing improvements.
- Design pricing strategies, manage promotional calendars, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Outstanding marketing communications and copywriting abilities, coupled with a talent for crafting compelling stories.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation techniques.
- Proven track record of managing external agencies and leading paid media campaigns.
- Strong ability to interpret market trends and turn insights into impactful strategie
- Experience working within a mission-driven brand and hands-on experience with social commerce is advantageous
