The Role As a Digital Manager (Activation), you will oversee the delivery of digital media campaigns across social, video, and programmatic platforms whilst also mentoring and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Activation & Optimization – Set up and manage campaigns across key platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads). Strategic Recommendations – Advise on platform and partner selection to maximize performance. Reporting & Insights – Deliver clear performance reports with actionable recommendations. Innovation & Testing – Identify and implement new opportunities for campaign effectiveness. Team Leadership – Manage and support a Digital Executive. Your profile: Experience in a digital media buying or activation role within an agency, with a particular focus on Paid Social and Youtube Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
