Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-value projects, the business is seeking a Data Strategy Lead to join their team, focusing on delivering innovative data-driven solutions for clients across various industries. The role: Overall responsibility for defining and delivering strategic insights and custom algorithms for client campaigns. Leading the research and analysis of data sets to determine their viability for campaign briefs. Crafting compelling narratives and data-driven stories to support client objectives. Writing clear and concise internal briefs based on data research and strategic insights. Managing and mentoring a Data Strategist, including workload management and long-term talent development. Collaborating with cross departmental teams, particularly Business Intelligence, to develop strategic outputs. Proactively identifying opportunities to solve larger industry-specific challenges, both locally and internationally. Your profile: Strategy/planning experience, ideally agency-side, with a strong background in working directly with brands. Excellent knowledge of how to leverage data to create innovative and impactful campaign strategies. A deep understanding of how to interpret and structure data to craft insightful narratives. Proven experience in presenting strategic solutions to clients, both in person and virtually. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with bonus points for experience in data stitching or working with unstructured data sets.
