The Role:
As the CRM Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving both B2C and B2B marketing strategies as the company embraces a digital-first approach. You’ll be empowered to own the CRM strategy and execution, working closely with a cross-functional team that blends digital, brand, and trade marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM Strategy: Develop and implement CRM strategies across both B2C and B2B channels, helping the business expand its reach and enhance customer engagement.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute 7-8 email campaigns per month, ensuring quality engagement with loyal customers while also exploring ways to attract newer, younger audiences.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Take full ownership of CRM initiatives, with the freedom to shape strategy and execution, from creative to copy and campaign structure.
- Collaborative Team: Work closely with a talented team including the Head of Digital, and being supported by marketing and brand experts.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in managing CRM campaigns with a strategic and hands-on approach
- Ideally you are working in a smaller team and can get stuck into all aspects of CRM (from creating effective copy to running analysis) and you enjoy having that full exposure.
- You absolutely must have strong experience in B2C – but B2B is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- Ideally you are also comfortable with some HTM and DAM platforms.
- Ideally have a passion for food and wine- the team are ambitious but also approach their work with humour – it is wine afterall!
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership of the CRM function and drive growth.
