  • Noticing a disconnect in how customers book Spa breaks vs other travel experiences, the team created a marketplace which allows customers to compare spas UK wide.
  • The team have have been self funded from day one and re-invest heavily in their people, their marketing and their tech and website - which keeps them future facing.

The Role

  • Assess venue, chain, and channel performance, ensuring targets are met and improvements made.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer behaviour to guide product strategy.
  • Manage inventory, balancing supply and demand with the Product team.
  • Evaluate site, campaign, and venue performance, delivering actionable insights.
  • Own trading reports, offering data-driven insights for business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to boost transaction value, margin, and revenue.
  • Develop incentive schemes to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine strategies and optimise campaigns.

 

Experience Required

  • Experience analysing commercial and marketing data to drive strategy.
  • Background in e-commerce, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
  • SQL proficiency, with experience in BigQuery or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • GA4 knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence decisions.
  • Expertise in performance reporting and business optimisation.
  • Sharp attention to detail, spotting trends and opportunities.
