One of the UK’s leading digital agencies, which are in a very exciting period of growth, are looking to expand its Client Services team.

Due to new client wins, they are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead accounts across key industries, including logistics, travel, hospitality, finance, and retail.

This Client Services Account Director role is ideal for a strategic thinker with expertise in Paid Media and Social Content, who can drive performance and deliver exceptional multi-channel digital solutions. The position involves client leadership, account growth, and team development while ensuring commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow key client accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.
  • Develop and oversee Paid Media & Social Content strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, working closely with internal teams.
  • Interpret performance data to optimize strategies and drive results.
  • Manage workflow and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Lead presentations, pitch ideas, and provide strategic insights.
  • Support business development efforts alongside senior leadership.

 

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital, social, or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of social content, paid media, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing national & international brand accounts.
  • Experience leading both Paid Media & Social Content-driven accounts.
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Commercially minded, with experience in account profitability & client retention.
  • Strong negotiation skills, balancing business priorities with client needs.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
