Role Overview
The Activation Team serves as the primary link between clients and the broader business. Beyond building strong client relationships and managing high-quality digital campaigns, we also focus on growing our clients’ businesses through innovations in digital marketing, from new channel adoption to campaign optimization and education. We’re now looking for a Campaign Manager to join our close-knit, energetic team.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day interactions with clients to ensure smooth campaign planning and management, offering data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Develop comprehensive, cross-channel media plans that meet client objectives.
  • Work with external partners like media and creative agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage the setup and optimization of campaigns across digital buying platforms, ensuring performance aligns with targets.
  • Provide insights into campaign results across channels like display, video, social media, and more.
  • Build connections with media partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon) to provide clients with new opportunities.
  • Identify potential revenue streams and create proposals for clients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least two of these digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search, or paid social.
  • Specific experience with Amazon DSP or Sponsored Ads is required.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign planning (whether on the client, agency, or DSP side).
  • A strong interest in digital media and technology.
  • Strong communication and people skills, along with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • An analytical mindset, with an interest in technical aspects of marketing.
  • Experience in coaching or managing junior team members is a plus
