Campaign Manager/ Brand Manager 

Location: In Office 3x a week in Hammersmith

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

  • New Role Due to Growth – Take ownership of seasonal, cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the company roadmap.
  • Customer-Centric Campaigns – Identify key moments in the customer journey and translate them into high-impact initiatives.
  • Go-To-Market Alignment – Drive collaboration between Product and Marketing for a consistent strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and create high-performing content.
  • Measuring Impact – Work with Finance, Data, and Analytics teams to track brand investments and assess revenue impact.
  • Own the Marketing Calendar – Plan and execute a multi-channel roadmap (online and offline), focusing on Performance, Digital PR, Influencer, and Partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking – Define which moments drive strategy, working closely with Product, Performance, and Brand teams.
  • Customer Segmentation – Identify and engage key audiences (e.g., small business owners, secondhand shoppers, local movers) with tailored messaging.
  • Leverage PR & Partnerships – Drive brand buzz through PR, partnerships, and influencer marketing, dedicating 3–4 days per month to PR efforts.
  • Freedom to Innovate – No rigid budgets—marketing spend is based on ROI, giving you the freedom to test new ideas in a fast-moving, agile culture.

About You

  • Experience in DTC or D2C tech, ideally within a fast-growing scale-up.
  • commercial mindset with a deep understanding of campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills—balancing speed, organization, and execution.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • proactive, hands-on approach with a drive to make things happen.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing teams across marketing, tech, and operations.
  • Fast execution, focusing on delivering impact without unnecessary delays.
  • Experience in campaign management across online and offline channels, with a focus on digital-first strategies (Performance, Influencer Partnerships, Digital PR).
  • Not looking for a PR Manager, but you should understand what makes a great story for local media and the end-to-end PR process while working alongside PR teams.
  • Passion for the company's mission and alignment with its values.
  • Must have full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship unavailable).
