The Role – Business Development Executive:
This is a high-energy, client-facing role focused on setting up meetings for the Account Managers to close deals. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Setting up high-quality meetings for Account Managers to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Driving revenue growth by proactively seeking out new clients.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Working closely with the sales and account management teams to align strategies and ensure success.

 

Who They’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or client-facing role.
  • Proactive, self-starting sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone with an understanding of Paid Media is ideal, but not essential.
  • A strong track record in client-direct sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new clients.
  • Ambition and drive to help the agency grow and expand its client base.
