Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (£60,000 - £65,000 OTE)

The Company & Opportunity:
This company are global leaders in the commercialisation of gyms, leisure centres and health & fitness clubs and engage with over 50 million consumers worldwide through its music, content and advertising networks. They give brands the platform to engage with audiences using multiple digital screening and visually engaging content.
They are looking for someone to join the programmatic department in an entry-level position. You will be in a sales position targeting DSP’s and agencies in the digital landscape. You will be part of a supportive team in London, and have the support of your line manager – Head of Programmatic. This role has an opportunity to grow into being the Director of Programmatic.
Role Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding the whole company ecosystem and where the programmatic offering sits within that ecosystem
- Learning the contextual audience proposition of the company and being able to present these to DSPs and later agencies
- Create, develop and enhances relations and sales across, SSPs, DSPs
- Taking responsibility for their own client patch and driving revenue growth through providing excellent service and optimisations
- Being data-orientated and having and analytical mindset
- Learning and using all DOOH SSPs and gaining an understanding of the omnichannel planning and buying media landscape
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Maintain standards, process and efficiencies throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- Deliver against sales targets
- Continually report and update line manager on KPI’s, challenges, opportunities
Experience needed:
- Curious or experience within digital/programmatic industry
- An individual that can harness relationships and influence decisions
- A true team player with excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
- Great organisation skills with outstanding attention to detail
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Affinity for numbers and with an analytical thought process
- A passion for health and wellness is advantageous
