Activation Manager – leading independent agency

Salary - £40k + discretionary bonus and great benefits

They have created a future-facing structure and are looking for an Activation Manager from a strong background in Display / Digital, Publishing and /or Audio.

Your profile:

• Prior media experience is a prerequisite for this position

• A strong activation background in Display / Digital, Publishing and or Audio

• Ability to be creative and motivated to drive innovation across Display and Audio

• A keenness to stay abreast of trends and developments within the industry

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative work through implementational planning and buying

• Develop media owner relationships to help spot opportunities for clients

• Work closely with the Client teams to ensure all plans adhere to business objectives and KPIs

• Execute and deliver best in class PCAs

• Help to develop more junior members of the team
