The role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and creative agencies.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with client objectives and deadlines
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and quality delivery
- Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and meets client expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities for increased service adoption with clients.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
About you
- 1 year of experience in a client-facing, project management, or account role (paid media / digital marketing experience ideally)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
