The role In this role, you’ll help manage and grow key accounts, working with a forward-thinking agency that values a media-agnostic approach. Project Management: Support the Client Services team to meet deadlines, manage project delivery, and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns from briefing to final delivery. Client Communication: Liaise with clients regularly to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain effective communication. Administrative Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, reports, meeting notes, status updates, and contact records for campaigns. Creative Coordination: Brief creative and studio teams, ensure accuracy in artwork, and coordinate with external suppliers for cost-effective, timely delivery of materials. Campaign Support: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, presenting ideas, and managing campaign budgets and invoicing. Team Collaboration: Contribute to research, competitor analysis, and creative input for pitches while maintaining a positive, proactive approach and delivering reliable results. About you Account Management Experience: Experience within a B2B agency environment. Self-Motivation: A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
