Salary - £50-65k (depending upon experience)

An Account Director opportunity has arisen at an incredibly interesting and unique digital company, which is very much at the forefront of innovation in terms of tech, tools and developments within the media industry.
They work across a real range of top tier clients and are looking for someone with a strong digital background (ideally Display and Paid Social), who also has excellent client servicing / leadership skills and commercial acumen.
The Account Director role will be managing 3 direct reports and will be working across a selection of the agency’s most exciting, top tier clients. Key to success, will be that you can manage key client and agency relationships, effectively foster growth with the team, and help to spot growth opportunities for the agency and their client’s businesses.
Your profile:
- Ideally, a strong digital background (within Display and Paid Social) – this is not an activation role so experience within platforms is not a necessity
- Ability to form strong working relationships which lead to collaboration
- Strong team management / leadership skills
- Ability to drive new business
- Strong commercial acumen
Key responsibilities:
- Develop client growth roadmaps
- Work with Group Directors and New Business Leads to bring in new business
- Develop and maintain key client and agency relationships across your clients
- Foster the growth and development of your team
- Manage the commercial output and growth opportunities within your team
