Company Background:

Our client is a hugely exciting video content platform for the Fashion & Beauty sector, targeted to 18-35 year old female audience. Hugely successfully Internationally, they have an immense following and are going from strength to strength in the UK & Europe therefore are recruiting an additional Creative Sales person to join their UK office.

The Role:

Our client is recruiting for a a digitally-savvy creative sales person for the role of Senior Sales Executive, to be a key member of the UK Sales team in generating relationships and revenue with key brands and media agencies, by selling and executing strategic marketing programs and ideas to meet targets.

• Identifying, pitching and closing sales deals with key agencies and advertisers
• Meeting Face to Face to agencies and advertisers to develop strong relationships
• Project managing several projects at one time as the main liaison between YouTube and your client – management will include timelines, creative briefs production, ad trafficking, legal guidelines etc
• Managing relationships with agencies and developing long term partnerships

Skills & Attributes:

Our client is looking for a highly self-motivated individual, with bags of creativity and determination to be successful. You will also ideally possess:

• 12 months + experience in digital sales
• Experience in the Fashion/Luxury sector
• Passion for creative sales and being able to “think big” whilst having the ability to keep an eye on the detail
• Keen understanding of the digital landscape and online marketing with an emphasis on content creation (social & video).  Sales and Account Management around video content creation is preferred.
• Client and agency contacts is key, working on Fashion/Beauty online ad campaigns
• A hunger to do lead generation and new business development
• Basic knowledge of YouTube preferred
• An excitement to join a small and quickly growing exciting business
• Getting stuck in and being a strong team player!
